AEE is an online enterprise education specialist run by academics with a combined 40 years’ experience in developing high-quality online accredited programs based on research insights from the world’s leading universities. Launched in November 2021, we saw a need to simplify the learning and development process in enterprise education and provide the market with something more practical and impactful. We aim to be the “bridge between theory and practice” and provide impactful education solutions for industry, institutions, and individuals.  

• In industry, we work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, and in all sectors. We provide consulting services, custom course/program development, and Executive coaching/mentoring programs.
• For individual clients, we offer an accredited professional Coach Training Academy that is designed for founder and leadership coaching and is delivered by our ICF Coaches and academic contributors.
• In academia, we work with academics to create clarity around the spin-out process and help those seeking investment to get through funding rounds. One of our most impactful projects has been working with UKHEI students and advancing knowledge of the impacts of coach training interventions. We do so through offering the following student Coach Training Initiatives.
